In the following we inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.

Legal basis for processing personal data

The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 GDPR, the legal basis for processing to fulfill our services and carry out contractual measures as well as answering inquiries is Article 6(1)(b). GDPR, the legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, and the legal basis for processing to safeguard our legitimate interests is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Your data to fulfill your order

We only ask for as much information as is absolutely necessary to fulfill your order. In most cases, this information is limited to name, address, contact details (e-mail address and telephone number, if applicable), information about the items ordered, as well as order and payment behavior. The data is used as part of the ordering process in our online shop, as well as to enable payment and delivery or execution.

The processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b and c GDPR. The mandatory fields marked as required are required to justify and fulfill the contract. We disclose the data to third parties only within the scope of delivery, payment or within the scope of legal permits and obligations to legal advisers and authorities. The data will only be processed in third countries if this is necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g. at the customer's request for delivery or payment).

data subject rights

You have the right:

  • pursuant to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR, to revoke the consent you have given to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future;

  • to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to complain, the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if necessary, meaningful information about their details;

  • in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

  • According to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is required;

  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you use them to assert, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible and

  • to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company. deletion of data

The data processed by us will be deleted or its processing restricted in accordance with Art. 17 (right to erasure "right to be forgotten") and Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing) GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this data protection declaration, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements.

The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective statutory retention period. After the period has expired, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required to fulfill or initiate a contract and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage. If the exercise of intervention rights requires deletion, the corresponding data will be deleted immediately.

Right to object

If the user contacts us by email, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
